Hi Dr,
I’d like to ask if SPM is a must in applying for a job in KKM? My friend who recently graduated did UPSR, PMR but has O-level instead of SPM. She had always been a straight As student. With the ever growing waiting time, retaking SPM means an even longer waiting period. Is there chance for an appeal?

You need SPM BM to be able to apply for a job in civil service.
